According to the Eligibilty Criteria of UPSEE, the candidate must have passed the qualifying exam (10+2) from UP Board or any other equivalent Board, with minimum 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST Category) in aggregate in three subjects, out of which Mathematics and Physics are compulsory, and the third subject is optional (Chemistry/Bio Technology/Biology / Technical Vocational subject), which in your case is Chemistry . Also, qualifying exam should be passed without any grace marks.
So, in your case, I think it is not possible to get admission in CSE branch in AKTU colleges. However, if there is any provision under management quota in any college, you can go for it.
