sir in uptu i dont have my armed force category certificate, so i uploaded a wrong one unfortunately i know this wont be verified but would it also affects my UPBC category

No your UPBC rank will not be affected if you have uploaded your category certificate as advised by upsee. As you have uploaded wrong certificate for armed forces reservation you will not get armed forced reservation. You can get college through your category rank.
