Yes, definitely B.tech in CSE(Computer Science Engineering) with specialization also comes under B.tech Computer Science Engineering. Actually, previously there was no specialization of any sort.

But, from past few years with the advancement of technology and today's demand CSE comes with specialization like CSE with Artificial Intelligence specialization. Artificial Intelligence is a process in which unstructured data and automate tasks that required human intelligence such as extracting meaning from images, text, speech, making decisions is done. This technology is trending topic in market nowadays. For example, Alexa and Siri has become second family to us. They perform basic human tasks in seconds. So, this type of specializations is added to basic Computer Science Engineering Course. There are even more specializations like CSE with Cyber Security, Computer and Network Security, Full Stack Developer etc.
