Hello lohith,

As far as I got to know, I am sorry to say that NO, CET is not necessary taken for admission in Bsc.

But 12th marks in board work well for the purpose in this case.

but in the case of agriculture,horticulture etc. CET is the criterion for admission. So it depends which field you want to go for.
