Hello Aspirant,

JEE-Main stands for Joint Entrance Examination-Main. It is solely for admission to engineering courses like B.Tech programmes not for any other program like BBA, B.Com (//B.Com) or any other.

So if you wish to pursue your career in field of engineering than you should appear for JEE-Main and than JEE-Advanced.

JEE-Main will take you to the NITs, IIITs or some other GFTIs but JEE-Advance will take you to IITs like premeire institutions for engineering courses.

Anushri, you don't have to write JEE or Joint Entrance Examination for getting admission in BBA. Join Entrance examination is conducted for admission to B.Tech, B.Arch and B.plan programmes. It has no link with BBA. To be eligible for Jee, one must has studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics in intermediate and passed 12th successfully. But for BBA, any of the above mentioned subjects are not required. As Jee doesn't offer BBA, you don't need to write Jee for getting into BBA. However, many colleges conduct their own entrance examination like IPU CET, IPMAT, NMAT etc but has no connection with Jee.
