Hello Rohit,
I would like you tell you that NCERT is a very good and important book to start with as it will help you clear all your basics.
One can score good with it but if you want to score high then you will have to look into other books as well as only NCERT won't help you score maximum marks.
So if you want a list of good JEE books and other important stuff then I'll suggest you to visit the careers360's link below .

Hello Rohit
It all depends on how well you understand the concepts and know their applications. For some people they are enough while for others these may be not.
Along with these two you can go for past years as well so that you get a rough idea whether you are prepared or not.
For jee, you can view the books mentioned below (optional)
Chemistry
Organic Chemistry by Morrison Boyd.
Organic Chemistry by O.P. Tandon.
Inorganic Chemistry by O.P. Tandon.
Modern approach to chemical calculations by R.C. Mukherjee.
Numerical Chemistry by P.Bahadur.
Concise Inorganic Chemistry by J.D. Lee.
All the best.
