Sir is the 2B form the same as the religious minority certificate? Do I need to apply through OBC for using 2B form?

How are u doing? I hope you are doing well. I would say that the 2–B form is not same as minority certificate. Minority certificate is same as your caste certificate is some states. So you can apply through obc if you like. It will give you a better chance to secure a seat in your field.
