Sir, is there any State where there is no State quota applicable and where NEET PG qualified candidates who have done their MBBS from abroad can also apply for MD/MS in State Government colleges?

there is hardly any state without the state quota, but there are ways foreign nationals can apply for neet pg. you just have to take a temporary mci license or registration for the years you stay in india and thus you can easily finish your md or ms from state govt colleges
