Reservations are different in different states .
And this gets applied to AP and Telangana also.
Despite of the aspect you are asking about there are seperate reservations for AP and Telangana states.
Since the states got seperated there are seperate reservations for the two states.
However there may be an equal or same reservation in some cases which is being unchanged from the past few years.
