Sir, it's it compulsory to include maths in best 4 for bcom hons? I have scored 51 in maths and score of eng,acc,eco,business is 93.25.

According to the eligibility criteria of the university:
Eligibility:
Candidates must have an aggregate of 45 per cent marks in the qualifying examination.
Mandatory requirement: Mathematics/Business mathematics
Selection criteria:
Selection shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination including one language and three best subjects

Yes, it is a mandatory subject as you aspire to pursue B.com hons math is must.
New rule is just to score more than 50%
According to the source of information and research on google most of them have given the eligibility as i have mentioned. In case i am wrong i am extremely sorry for not giving you accurate information, i have just mentioned eligibility criteria and for B.com honors math bases are required. Though i am very sorry in case i have provided incorrect information.

Actually du has released new instructions regarding this just few hours ago..
For any honors degree, it is absolutely essential to include mathematics in your best of 4. Else a deduction of 2.5 % will be done from your percentage and the final percent ( after deduction ) will decide whether you are eligible for the course or not.
Even if you score a 100 % , your admission to the course becomes doubtful if a deduction of 2.5% is levied.
Hence , it would be absolutely benefitical if you try and score good marks in mathematics such that it can be included in your best of four.
