Dear Sushant, along with those subjects do you have Biology/Biotechnology and English? If yes you should have scored a minimum of 50% if you are from general category, 40% if you are from SC/ST. If you have these subjects and the minimun % according to your category, you are eligible to attempt NEET.

According to the NEET 2019 eligiiblity criteria, you should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology/biotechnology and English as core subjects in both classes 11 and 12 to be eligible for admission.
