I assume that your rank comes in ecet exam as it is compulsory to get admission in jntu candidates needs to secure rank below 100 to get into JNTU main branch kukatpally. Even if you get a rank below 400 then you have a chance to get in jntu sultanpur campus and considering all reservation and other campuses rank under 1000 is required as previous year trends.
Go for other options management has good career scope you can take admission in this dont waste your time for single university.
