According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you have very low chances of getting in to HBTU Kanpur as per the cut-offs declared till now for Round 2. As cut-offs for all rounds have not declared yet so we can guide you on the basis of the latest cut-offs which are given below :-

If we go through previous year' data then the CRL rank closes for HBTU around 80,000-85,000 so the chances are less but still you can try.
