I think by DAN&P you mean Diploma in AYUSH Nursing and Pharmacy. It is a good 2.5-year certification and must make you eligible to work as a professional in the field.

Since you want to work in the fields related to Ayurveda and Panchakarma, I suggest you to join Ayurvedic Hospitals or Ayurveda Therapy Aashrams or Clinics, like the ones started under Skill India Programme and other private Ayurveda therapy groups.

After you gain some professional experience and an understanding of the working of your work-field, you can go for other relevant certifications which might enhance your profile for advanced jobs in the same field.

Starting to work will also help you manage your finances, while also give you the time to decide the further course of studies or work field for yourself, by giving you practical hands-on experience. You can always go for graduation, but I suggest first find your area of interest and once you are sure of it, you can go for graduation alongside working.
