If you are alloted seat in first round its your wish to admit to that college or get and upgradation. You just need to opt for upgradation during ghe admission process in the alloted college in first round.
Your status will be clear to MCC and you will be allowed to register for 2nd round and opt for colleges pt ypur preference.
