Hello Aspirant,
Yes you are free to do so. Even if you are passed out of Commerce stream in class 12th then also you can appear for the Open Board examinations from PCB stream under senior secondary course. But for this you have to study on your own because from Open board there is no regular schools and regular teachers as it is completely based upon self education.
