If you are asking as to whether or not the registration for Bihar courses admission through BCECE will be taken again before beginning of new counselling rounds, then as per the recent advertisement published by BCECE, it has been declared that through BCECE, the registration and choice filling will be conducted only once... and on the same basis the counselling for second and third roudn will take place. The details of counselling registration and dates will soon be made available on the website.

Sorry, but I didn't got what you are trying to ask .I am considering that you  wants to know about Registeration for Counceling of seats allocation,If it is so,t th counseling for BCECE and NEET takes place only once.
