Yes, you can definitely get a job after doing B.Tech(Civil) from MNNIT, Allahabad if you get placed during placement time in the college.
Various companies will visit and hire freshers for various positions in their companies.
It can't be said that you might get a job in Bihar only as job location solely depends on the company in which you get hired.
Make sure your academics are good during your course and do some internships regarding your field and also prepare for placements when the time comes.
