All those students are eligible who have qualified their graduation from a recognised university or by any Central university to meet the eligibility criteria for SBI po exam . There is no minimum marks required to be eligible for the exam it's just that you should have qualified your graduation. While as you said you are an OBC candidate then you are allowed to give exam for 7 times. While there is a eligibility criteria for age that is lower age limit is 21 while upper age limit is 30 if you want to appear in the exam . I hope this was helpful

The eligibility criteria for SBI PO (based on 2017 notification) is as below:
Educational Qualification The candidates need to be ‘Graduates’ in any discipline from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Candidates in their final year/semester of graduation will be required to produce proof of having passed their graduation examination if selected for interview..

The eligibility criteria for SBI PO is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree from a recognised board or university. And the age must be in between 21-30 years in case of OBC relaxation of 3 years is permitted.
