Only the candidate who completed 12th standard or equivalent qualification in science stream is eligible to apply for B. Sc course. But, very few colleges in India which offer B. Sc course through lateral entry after completing a diploma course. The institution can also conduct entrance examination before allotting admission.
To apply for B. Sc course, you should have completed 12th standard or equivalent qualification in science stream physics, chemistry and mathematics as the main subject from a recognized university and It's necessary that should be secure minimum 50% marks (45% marks required for SC/ST category students) in the 12th board examination.
If you are a diploma candidate you can do B.tech after diploma. That is the best thing for you to do for a bright future. But even then, if you want to take admission in B.Sc you can go any degree college in your local and get admission directly.
