Dear aspirant,
See placement depends on a lot of things
Firstly your grades, followed by how many internships you've completed or any online courses that you've done to boost your resume.
As for MNNIT, the number of students that were placed were 41 and the number of eligible students were 57. This data has been taken form the taining and placement webpage of MNNIT. This data speaks two things out of an intake of 120 students only 57 were eligible meaning there's a 50 -50 chance that you'll be eligible. And there there's a 70% placement chance so incase you do get into MNNIT make sure you keep good grades and no KT results then you are pretty much guranteed a job in civil.
All the best
