Filling AFMC MBBS 2021 application form in the steps provided:

The AFMC MBBS application will be released in online mode. Any other offline mode will not be enjoyed.

You are advised to fill in the details carefully on the application form which includes personal, educational, communications and more.

Upload scanned documents i.e. passport size image and signature in the prescribed format.

Fill in the details carefully on the form, after submission of the form any correctional facility will not be provided.

There will be no need to send a hardcopy of documents by post to the authorities.

Don't forget to print out a completed application form for future reference.
