I would like to tell you that it is really hard to get any NIT/Government colleges in this range but there may be some private institutions that may allow to you to take admission.

I would suggest you to don't lose hope and study for other entrance exams as lot of colleges conduct their own exams as well as the different states conduct their own exams. So do some research and start studying.
