Since you had pure science that means you left out mathematics. It is one of the requirements for applying for Btech. I don't know if it is possible to switch to maths now, not talking about the difficulty to be honest. It depends on whether you are ready to repeat as you will have to show your qualification in 4 subjects including maths.
