In general the final year students are eligible for the entrance examination as well as if selected he/she can get admission provided the admission will be said to be final as the student produces the final results. Now as you didn't have your finals done but you are sure that you will satisfy the basic educational criteria regarding marks then you can obviously register for the examination and there will be no problem regarding that.
