342 are a little below the average of 500 this year. With cutoffs shooting sky high and even marks as brilliant as 650 are fetching ranks in thousands , there is nothing left to wonder how difficult it is to get into a medical school this year.

Even with your EWS category I am sure  government college is distant for you. It also remains to be seen what cutoffs the EWS category qualifies for , since this is the first year of its inception.

Don't lose hope though. Let the counselling begin and then register yourself and see what all colleges are there under your reach.
