Sir/ madam I am not alloted a seat in cet bbsr IT. Branch in mock allotment. Can I still get a seat there in IT branch?

Mock allotment is an indication of the branch and college that you might get in the actual round of counseling. But it is not absolute.
You might have a chance of getting a seat in last round of the counseling or even the special rounds.
The cut off for last rounds is especially low as compared to the first few rounds.
