if you check this link- https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-maharashtra , the cut off for dental was even more than 450 for your category. so obviously that for gov quota in private categories even higher. that was last year. this was paper was easier and cut off has shooted up further. so , its going to be difficult but still you can try.
