You don't need to worry at all dear , you can definitely get admission after qualifying Neet examination even if you don't have 12th T. C, as you must have submitted it in your BSc college while getting admission in BSC
What all you need to do is get your Bsc T. C from your college and while getting admission you can submit it and you won't face any problem

To be eligible you must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology /biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category. Also, needs to be at least 17 years old as on 31st December of the year of appearing for neet.
