Hello,
You didn't mention which category of examination form you want to fillup dear. If you clear to us then it's very easy to clarify your problem.
But in my knowledge if you don't have any category certificate then you consider as a general category student. And if you have your any caste certificate then you are belong to this category.
I didn't recognise which form you want to fillup but i must say that if you have your caste certificate then go for this.
Next time please clear to us dear then it's easy to us clear your problem.
