sir mai first semester me pas tha but 2nd semester me assignment jama nahi kara paya tha to mai 2nd semester me absent show ho raha hu or maine 15 December ko 3rd semester ka fees bhara tha lakin mera admit card nahi aaya ab kya karu

See this is something that you have to take up with your university. You need to first I form the department and the examination cell regarding the unavailability of admit card and I am sure they shall solve it for you. You need to also inform your department about your scores and attendance record.
