yes, you can enrolled in btech from second year. there is a exam calls lateral entry exam which is the gate way for diploma or bsc students to get into b.tech. the basic eligibility criteria is Candidate must have complete his/her diploma in Engineering and Technology with atleast 45% in appropriate branch of Engineering. Candidate must have complete his/her B.Sc from any recognised university with atleast 45% marks
