Yes ,there is no harm in preparing for chemistry, physics, mathematics and biology while pursing your Polytechnic engineering simultaneously ,it will help in your Polytechnic academics too. But one thing you might be clear about that at a time no two regular degree you can pursue ,so as per your wish kindly do one thing private ,so that it would be acceptable in future.
