With this score and SC category you may probably get lower NITs in the spot counselling process. Before that there isn't any chance for seat.
You can surely get seat in govt. Funded colleges called GFTIs.

GGU Bilaspur
HNB GARHWAL
TEZPUR UNIVERSITY
GKV HARIDWAR.
You will definitely get a seat there.
