With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that yes, definitely you can give JEE mains and also JEE advance if you belong from the NIOS board. You can also take admission in top NITs and top IITs too.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the JEE Main 2023 exam. Joint Entrance Examination 2023 will be conducted four times in February/ March/ April and May. The authorities will release the application form of JEE Main 2023 at jeemain.nta.nic.in tentatively in November 2022. Candidates should check the JEE Main eligibility criteria beforehand

Age limit - No age limit .
Qualifying Examination - Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examinations from a recognised board.
Year of Passing the Qualifying Examination - Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in 2021, 2022 or are appearing for it in 2021 will only be eligible for JEE Main 2023.
Number of Subjects in the Qualifying Examination -
The candidates should have qualified in 5 subjects:
Language
Mathematics
Physics
Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject
Any other subject
Admission Criteria for IITs , NITs , IIITs and CFTIs -
For B.Tech/B.Arch/B.Plan admissions in IIITs, NITs and CFITs
Candidates should have secured minimum 75% marks (65% for SC/ST category candidates) or should fall under the top 20 percentile of their respective boards.
For B.Arch admission in institutes other than IIITs, NITs and CFITs
Candidates should have scored 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 10+2 or equivalent.

The minimum Education Qualification Requirement to appear for JEE MAIN is 10+2 or it's equivalent from a recognised board. You cannot apply for JEE MAIN based on ITI qualification. However, if you have passed Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with minimum of five subjects then you will be eligible to apply for JEE MAIN. A candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognised board. A candidate can appear for JEE MAIN for three consecutive years from the year of passing in the qualifying examination that is 10+2 or its equivalent. It means that if you have passed 10+2 or its equivalent in the year 2022 you can apply for JEE MAIN 2022, JEE MAIN 2023 and JEE MAIN 2024.
