As per the eligibility criteria for BMLT and DMLT, any candidate who has completed 10+2 with physics, chemistry , mathematics or Biology can pursue the course. However, the marks required in 10+2 varies from college to college. And many colleges offer merit based admission to BMLT, so there is no need of NEET as well. There are some entrance exams which you can write to get admission in medical laboratory technology courses such as CUCET, LPUNEST, etc. For more details, visit here:
