sir maine 2 nd choice lko University kiya tha or 4 th choice Rohilkhand University ..mujhe lko ki fee nhi pata thi...maine float kar diya but 1 choice mera IET hai...jo nhi lagata mujhe milega to kya 2 nd round me Rohilkhand choice ka change milega ki 2 nd ke upar wala 1 IET hi choice kar skte hai

Hey!
As you mentioned that you have got your second choice and you have floated that. float menas you have been allotted a seat and you've accepted the seat but you want a better programme than what you've been allotted. In this case once you are allotted a seat in the further rounds, you'll lose the seat which was allotted previously. So , in second round you have chances to get the Rohilkhand University , but nothing is certain, so chose wisely.
