Yes definitely you can pursue your graduation in bsc. Only the thing you need to do is you have to submit affidavit for the gap years in your college where you will enroll yourself for graduation and you are good to go.

Don't worry affidavit is a just a form you have to submit which confirms that you were not included in any sort of illegal activities in the gap years after your 12th standard.
