Yes, you can appear in jee advance in this year two. You can appear for jee advance for two consecutive years that is in you case 2020 and 2021. And for jee main three consecutive year that is 2020, 2021,2022.

You have appeared in jee advanced in 2020 . Yes are eligible to appear for jee advanced in 2021 also. You can appear for consecutive two years .
Criteria is as follows
• more than 75% in xii board.
• Jee main - 3 consecutive years or 6 consecutive attempts as Jee mains is conducted twice in a year
• Jee advanced - 2 consecutive years

According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to give jee advanced in 2021 also.
If i consider you as a non dropper candidate and considering this attempt as your first attempt then definitely you can give jee advanced in 2021.
But if you are a dropper and this was your second attempt of jee mains or advanced then you are not eligible to give in 2021.
However there was some news that the attempts might increase in 2021.
