Hey, the eligibility criteria to study in BHU for your BA are

The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.

The candidate must not be more than 22 years of age as on 1 July 2019. Ideally, the date of birth of the candidate should fall on or after 1 July 1997. 

So if you come under these then you are eligible for the application.
