Even though you have filled punjab as home state there wont be any problem if you apply for state quota in uttar pradesh according to my knowledge. For 85% quota you need to apply separately for counseling in states where you can claim your domicile.

So there won't be any problem in state counseling. But make sure you fulfill the criteria to claim domicile of uttar pradesh.
