With 37 percentile in jee main you cannot get fire safety branch in your desired college. You can get admission through your 12th board results. You can also apply through cet or Comedk if you have scored well in those competitive examinations. You can try writing the entrance examination conducted by ips indore and secure good marks in the examination to secure a seat for the cost of b tech in the college.

Sir my rank is 768000 and also EwS cat( 3000rank) and cutt of 2017 ips is 850000aprox
You also mentioned your percentile and not your rank. With a rank of 3000 through ews category you can easily get ips indore.
