Dear you have not mentioned anything about the name of exam,your state etc.Also you have not mentioned about which criterion you are asking.If this query was related to JEE MAINS and you want a fee refund for application form,so i wanna say that it will not be going to happen and you will have to not bother for that.If you have any other query related to counselling,college prediction etc.You are free to ask anything on this platform.
