If your signature is little tilted then it will not get rejected. The authority of SSCs are very lenient and they wont reject form on these small issues. If there is any major issue in your form then only your form get rejected. So don't worry and prepare hard for the prelims and Mains examination and score as much you can because cutoffs are increasing every year.
