Hello Aspirant,
First of all let me make you clear that till now there is no option for freeze and float in JOSAA counselling because till now the seat allocation results are not declared for any round. So how could you choose any of them? But yes if you are talking for any other counselling process then please mention it so that I could help you with an accurate information.
