You have mentioned only your Category rank. With that informantion only it's pretty difficult to predict the chances of getting a seat in government colleges. If you have scored 400+ in NEET 2019 then you have good chances of getting a seat for MBBS in government colleges. As in the last year for SC many government college had cutoff of 380+ also.
