Hello Amisha,
May I let you know that When you are paying fees or any kind amount through demand draft to any college or institute you need to make the demand draft in Favor of either the college name or either the bank account of the college(i.e. you need to mention the account name of the college).
Also you can visit the college office for your query they may help you much better.
