You have not a too good score in NEET 2019. But as you belong to the SC category you have good chances of getting a seat for MBBS in a government college. So do try for a government college. You can go for All India Quota. But the chances of getting a college is more in State Quota due to 85% reservation. I cannot tell the exact colleges you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
