If you have completed your 12th, then on the basis of that you can study BBA/BA. Your DE.El.Ed cannot be considered as an eligiblity criteria for BBA/BA because that is a Diploma course. There are institutions that conduct admissions based on marks scored in the 12th and there rea some Institutions that conduct entrance examinations for admission to BBA/BA. And there are always Distance Education Institutions through which you can study BBA/BA.There is no upper age limit here.
