Hello Aspirant,
Cut-offs and fee structures are different for different colleges and since you have not mentioned the name of college so it is little bit difficult to guide you with an accurate information. As we know that through lateral entry we can take admission directly in second year of B.Tech but for this too there are different criterias for different colleges upon which fees is decided.
